Into our second month, December! Let’s see what happens.

Fifth Blog Post

I went a different direction with this one and wrote a LONG post about Holiday decorations at Disneyland. How Long are Disneyland Christmas Decorations (2023). Everyone loves the holidays at Disney, and this post should do well. I decided to boost this twice over the first 20 days of December.

The second time through was disappointing compared to the first. Lesson learned.

Disneyland Discount

Last week, Disneyland released a discount for early 2024, with improved discounts and dates for Disney VISA cardholders. I wrote a blog post and boosted it on Facebook: Disneyland Winter 2024 Discount

Usually discounts are the backbone of our business, but Disneyland (and Aulani) tend to not perform nearly as well as Walt Disney World or Disney Cruise. I guess we will see.

Overall, pretty decent for a not so decent discount.

Fifth Disney Meme

Our last shot to see if this is worth continuing. Maybe we will wait until we have more followers and can just post these and not pay to boost them.

Overall, really poor. While the post itself did get 57 “likes”, definitely not worth boosting these at this point. I will try again with the same memes later next year.

Sixth Disney Blog Post

Following on the success of the Disneyland Holiday decoration post, I wrote another Disneyland post, Best Disneyland Rides for Toddlers. The estimated daily numbers seems unreachable, but I guess we will see.

  • Post Engagement: 114 – 329

Results

  • Total Spent: $35
  • Total Post Reach: 2,464
  • Total Engagement: 600

The post also got 513 “likes”, which is great. It is pretty easy to see that Facebook estimate are always on the high end for all my posts.

Disney Cruise Discount

A new “discount” came out for Disney Cruise. It is not really a discount, though. Every once in a while, Disney Cruise runs a 50% discount on your DCL deposit, though it doesn’t discount your cruise, it just changes when you pay DCL money. Disney Cruise Deposit Discount – 50%
